1. About Answer with Books

Answer with Books is operated by AnswerWithBooks. By using Answer with Books, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use its services. These terms describe use of the website at answerwithbooks.com, including its editorial book digests, guides, reading tools, account features, and newsletter signup. A separate signed agreement may govern services provided to an organization.

2. Learning resources, not professional advice

Our material is for education and general information. Book digests are editorial interpretations, not the original books, guaranteed chapter coverage, or endorsements by the authors. Verify important claims and outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other consequential decisions. No particular learning or business result is guaranteed.

3. Your account and workplace use

Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Use accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. If you use Answer with Books for work, follow your organization's policies and obtain permission before sharing its information. Do not enter confidential business information, sensitive personal data, or someone else's private information without the necessary authorization.

4. Your submissions

You keep any rights you hold in your questions, notes, and other submissions. You give Answer with Books non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, and display those submissions only as needed to operate the feature you request. Choosing public sharing also permits us to display that submission to other visitors, who may copy it. Do not include private information in a public submission. You may request removal through the contact below; removing content from Answer with Books cannot retrieve copies already made by others. Uploaded sources are processed into generated books and skills. Generated material can contain errors or change meaning; check it against the bundled source and citations before relying on it.

Only submit material you own or are permitted to use. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, send spam, upload harmful content, bypass access restrictions, or interfere with the service. Private account storage does not establish an enterprise confidentiality or data-processing agreement. Upload workplace documents only when your organization authorizes their processing by our storage and AI providers.

5. Books and website content

Underlying books, titles, trademarks, and third-party material belong to their respective rights holders. Access to a digest or reading tool does not give you ownership of the original work or permission to redistribute it. You may use our learning material for your own learning and ordinary internal reference; republishing or commercially redistributing our original content requires permission unless a separate license or applicable law allows it.

6. External AI and other services

Uploading a source authorizes the processing described in our Privacy Policy, including sending extracted text to our AI provider. Copy prompt for your AI copies generated text to your clipboard; it does not automatically open or send it to another service. You decide whether to paste or upload the material there. The external provider's terms and privacy rules govern that interaction, and Answer with Books does not guarantee the provider's availability or output. Other links, including Amazon and Substack, lead to separately operated services.

7. Newsletter

Newsletter signup is a separate choice from creating an account or requesting a book. The native form records your opt-in for emails from Answer with Books. It does not create an account, request an account verification email, or automatically enroll you in Substack. Account verification and recovery emails belong to the separate account flow. To withdraw your opt-in, email the contact below from the subscribed address with “Unsubscribe” in the subject or message. No account login or reason is required. When newsletters are sent, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Marketing opt-outs do not prevent essential account or security messages.

8. Availability, responsibility, and changes

We may update content, change features, or suspend access to address misuse or security concerns. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Newsletter signup does not create a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will present its price, billing, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. We update the revision date when these terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove mandatory rights you already have.

You can stop using Answer with Books at any time and request account or submission deletion through the contact below. For a content, copyright, or service concern, include the relevant page and a description so we can review it.
